- Child Small (Size 4-6, 3-4 Yrs), Medium (Size 8-10, 5-7 Yrs) and Large (Size 12-14, 8-10 Yrs)
- Dress: slips over head, embellished with sequins, “EHS” patch sewn on front of chest; Pom Poms are red and white with hand grips
