I’m making a gothic cheerleader costume and im not sure how, inexpensive but cute, im 12 and size 14/16 thnx

Go out and get any old cheer uniform you can get your hands on. then go outside with black paint and red paint and have fun! then rip it in some areas and then wash it with bleach and repeat until desired look is achieved!
Then go and get black hair spray and regular hair spray and lack lipstick eyeliner ETC. and just have fun!
