   Online stores seems to have good sales
   You could try Marshalls, TJ Max, ROSS as well. I was in Marshalls yesterday and saw costumes for young children

   Maybe you can ask at your school to borrow one or find someone who was a cheerleader and see if you can use her uniform if she kept it.
